Went into wholesale sushi which eventually expanded into more than 300 regular clients (Universities, Hospitals, Hotels, Events Venue, Casino, supermarkets, Caterer, etc).

Took on Sushi Business consultation project to buy over a kaiten business and convert to JAS Sushi Fremantle (later, new business name Pink Rice)… see pinkrice.com.au. Awarded 3 major WANA Awards… the only sushi company in Australia to win 3 Awards in the same year.

Offered a Concessionary in David Jones Food hall to run the Oyster Bar, Sushi/Sashimi/seafood and Japanese Hot Food counters.

Secured Exclusive Agency rights for Autec Sushi Machines for Australia and New Zealand. Started Showroom in Perth

Started Sushi Machine sales into New Zealand (Tauranga)

Dedicated full time into this business and used knowledge and experience gained from own sushi business to assist others in their sushi business.
